Customer/Client Location
In an effort to create greater flexibility and ease of use for JM, we have created a new designation of Customer. The Customer record is the top level under which you can have one or more locations (previous Client). So, for example, if you sign a new contract with a bank, you would create a new Customer record in JM. If this bank has 5 locations, you would then create a new record for each Location record under the Customer record. This will allow you to more effectively manage contracts with multiple locations.
This is an important update and advisable for JM users to familiarize themselves with the new structure.
