We’re excited to announce the newest updates to Janitorial Manager!
- New ISSA Calculators – Additional calculators have been added to determine suggested bid amount, margin, or labor rate.
- Additional Cleaning Instructions (Security and Address) – Users now have the ability to add multiple cleaning instructions, as well as specify the type of instruction: cleaning instructions (default), security instructions, and address instructions.
- Supply Request Form – Employees with mobile access now are able to request supplies for a location. The supply request will populate in the web portal, where a portal user can update the status of the request and link to supply usage.
- Payroll Cycle – Payroll frequency can be defined, allowing users with timekeeper report access to export the timecard for a selected payroll cycle.
- Attachments Included in Emailed Inspections – Emailed inspection reports now include any image attachments associated with the inspection.
- Manual Add of Time from Web Portal – Employees can now add an entry to the time clock from the web portal.
