For Android 8.0 Or Later

  1. Click on the desired APK file
  2. Tap the ‘Completed Download’ message you see in your browser to begin the installation. If you have transferred the downloaded file from your computer to your mobile storage, just run it to start the installation process.
  3. A prompt will show up asking you for permission to install the new app.
  4. Grant permission here and allow installation.
  5. The installation will begin. Wait until the app is installed on your device.
  6. Launch the app and start using it once the installation setup completes.

For Android 7.0 Or Earlier

  1. Click on the desired APK file
  2. If you can’t install APK after downloading, here’s what you need to do:
    1. Go to your device’s Settings.
    2. Tap the option labeled Lock Screen and Security or just Security.
    3. Tap Unknown Sources to turn it on.
    4. Tap ‘OK’ on the prompt that shows up.
    5. Tap ‘Trust’.

Troubleshooting

If the APK fails to install, try:

  1. Try disabling the Play Protect scan in the Google Play store and reinstall it. Play Protect is located in the Menu in the left corner of the screen.
  2. Try rebooting
