Tim started his broadcasting career when he was 15, co-hosting “Racing World,” a two-hour weekly radio show in Findlay, Ohio on WFIN 1330 AM. He attended Bowling Green State University where he studied Telecommunications, focusing on radio/TV broadcasting. While at BGSU he broadcasted games for the Bowling Green Radio Sports Organization including football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and softball. Tim spent some time working for the local sports news station, BCSN, before coming to Double A Solutions as our Marketing Communications Specialist.

Adam Povlitz is the CEO & President of Anago Cleaning Systems, where he is redefining what it means to lead in a blue-collar industry. Adam doesn’t run a commercial cleaning franchise; he operates a technology company that happens to clean.
Drawing on his background as a Growth Initiatives & Expense Analyst at IBM, Adam applies a rigorous, data-driven mindset to franchising. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holder of an MBA from the University of Miami, he believes that “if you can’t measure it, you can’t scale it.” This philosophy drove him to modernize Anago’s operations, implementing proprietary technology to bridge the gap between subjective service and objective data.
Since taking the helm as CEO in 2018, after working his way up from Director of HR and VP of Operations, Adam has steered Anago into an internationally recognized brand. He’s a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), a regular contributor to Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Inc., and a member of the Forbes Business Council, where he writes on leadership, scaling service businesses, and the power of operational transparency.
